Hope + Wellness
Therapy for BIPOC + Women of Color
Therapy for people and women of color to help make the unspoken, spoken and the unknown, known
It’s hard to live in a world of systems not designed with you in mind
Many of the systems we live in were not designed with Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) in mind — because of this, we so often feel invalidated, stressed, and disenfranchised as we find a lack of space in the world to truly be ourselves. Some of the stressors we experience are ones for which there are no words, just a feeling of oppression as we struggle to find them. Therapy can help make the unspoken, spoken and the unknown, known.
