Take a moment in your day to settle your mind and replenish your soul.

Our Mindfulness Meditation for Daily Life series is for anyone who wants to overcome stress and adversity and learn to become more connected to themselves, others and to their overall wellbeing in their daily life. All are welcome.

The class series will provide you with space and time to rest, recharge, and to connect with yourself and the kindness and peace within you. It will also help you connect to innate qualities of wisdom and compassion within to help you manage and alleviate daily stressors and adversities. 

The class will offer meditation practice, as well as individualized guidance (as requested), a dharma talk, as well as before as after class check in and conversation.

This class is offered weekly to help you build a regular meditation practice. You can drop in however often or whenever you find it helpful — no commitment needed.

All are welcome, no matter what your experience is with meditation.

Meet the meditation teacher :)

Bennett Crawford, LCSW is a therapist and certified mindfulness teacher with over 15 years of experience. As a mindfulness teacher, Bennett provides a safe and empowering space so that individuals and groups can learn the essential skills of mindfulness and meditation to discover a deeper, more fundamental goodness within, as well as to experience greater peace, wellness, and happiness. Bennett is passionate about teaching mindfulness in a way that provides individuals with the space to become familiar with the inner workings of their own minds and hearts and connect to the healing and transformation needed to live more happy lives.
