    At Hope+Wellness, we are here to honor and celebrate you as you are. We provide kind, compassionate care grounded in evidence-based treatments to help you feel deeply seen and heard and to help you live to your fullest potential. 
        We specialize in working with people with depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment to life transitions, as well as trauma, grief and loss. We also work with many couples to navigate difficult times and relationship concerns to rebuild and strengthen their connection.
        Many people who come to us also experience concerns related to feelings of unworthiness, imposter syndrome, shame, and low self esteem. We provide a safe, supportive space where you are met fully with kindness and compassion, no matter what you may be facing.
